Disclaimer: Gambit Event Rewards

Gambit ("Organizer") reserves the right to withhold or revoke any rewards, incentives, or prizes associated with this event (the "Event") at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where participants are found to have engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior.

By participating in the Event, you acknowledge and agree that the Organizer has the right to take any action deemed necessary, including but not limited to disqualification or suspension of your participation in the Event, if you are found to have violated any rules, regulations, or guidelines set forth by the Organizer.

Abusive behavior includes, but is not limited to, verbal or physical harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or any other actions that are deemed detrimental to the integrity, safety, or enjoyment of the Event by other participants, staff, or the Organizer.

Fraudulent behavior includes, but is not limited to, cheating, tampering with results, falsifying information, or any other actions intended to manipulate or deceive the Organizer or other participants.

Disruptive behavior includes, but is not limited to, causing disturbances, interfering with the Event's operations or proceedings, or engaging in any activities that are deemed offensive or inappropriate by the Organizer.

The Organizer will investigate any reported incidents of abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior and reserves the right to take appropriate action, including withholding rewards, at its sole discretion. The Organizer's decisions regarding any such matters are final and binding.

By participating in the Event, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, and you acknowledge that failure to comply may result in disqualification from the Event and forfeiture of any rewards.
